Return and Refund Policy
A clear policy for returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refund timelines.

Return window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Used products, damaged-by-customer products, final-sale items, personalized items, and items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Refund timing may vary by payment method and banking partner, but we aim to complete approved refunds within 7-10 business days.
